Here is a step by step guide on how to send a Ticker via Freshdesk Portal

 

 

 

  • Once the ticket box opens up, here is what you need to do next:
Requester: This field will automatically display your email address if you are logged in otherwise you will enter your own email address here

 

Add CC: This is where you can CC anyone else you want to

 

Subject: This is where you must enter the Reference Number for the deals you are sending a ticket about. If it is a general question, just type general.

 

Sales Ticket Description: This must be filled prior to submitting a ticket:
 
1)  Your first selection will be the department or the specific department queue. For example, if you are sending an escalation to Credit, select Credit Escalations.
 
2) Your second selection will be the Ticket Request Type. This is a drop-down menu and you will find the "most frequently used" ticket items here. Please make a selection based on the nature of your ticket.
 
3) Your third selection will be "Additional Info", if applicable based on your Ticket Request Type. For example, if you are looking for Rate Break, additional info drop down will let you select, 1 point break or 2 points break. 
 
Description: Please fill this only after you have selected the Ticket Request Type below. Under the Description box, you can enter additional details that wasn't captured by the Ticket Type and/or Additional Info items.
 
Submit: Once done, you can hit Submit and the ticket will automatically be assigned to the appropriate department. You will receive the responses via email as usual and you can "reply" to them directly via Outlook. However, every new ticket must be submitted via the Portal.

 

 

 

How to re-escalate a ticket:

  • Every response to your ticket will be received in your OUTLOOK inbox. You can choose to reply to that email and request further escalation or you can click on the TICKET URL to go back and select the appropriate ticket queue under Sales Ticket Description.

NOTE: When you are Logged in – you will be able to see all your tickets that you have submitted as well as the status of those tickets.
